Got 2 Domingos outside and about 14 others just waiting. Several MacCoys, couple Fulks, one domke, and 2 "Slammers" that will go out shortly. Was going to throw them out this week but they are predicting storms most the week here so i figured it can wait.

im on a wait and see mode ??? i apparently over fertilized all my compitition tomatoes last week when that cold weather hit and half of them went into a wilt and have been struggling ever since. i have put them into jars hoping that they reastablish their root systems. so wait and see !!!

My plants are in. It has been really hot here. I usually aim to be in by June 1 and so I have at least gotten that far. No signs of bugs or disease yet and so that is the good news.

Last week planted 2 Slammers and 1 Megadom in a 100 gallon Rubbermaid horse water tank, basically a giant planter. I planted 25 other giant tomatoes including various Porkchop's, my own Spaziani's, and several Big Zac F7's. I planted a month earlier due to the NW great weather this year. Plants are now knee to waist high. The Domingo's are incredible large plants. The 5.20 has a 2-3er and hope takes this week. Several of the 7.05 Porkchop's are nice plants, throwing out blooms, but no megablooms yet. One 4.53 Spaziani has a huge 5-6er flower that I hope takes this week. My wife has been out daily, pollinating with the toothbrush as I have been out of town. She loves that job! Good luck everyone.
