And to think that not long ago there were no crosses at all between giant tomatoes and now we are seeing crosses crossed.

All things considered I guess Megamutt should me the winner if this is a naming contest. I thought about Doublecross for a bit.

This tomato is a cross from my other two tomato crosses that i made last year.
5.61 megadom x 6.23 megazac
So this cross is now
2 parts megamarv
1 part Domingo
1 part bigzac
That is why it is called MegaMutt
The tomato cross was made in my bacement under a light so it only grew to 8.9 oz. But like i said this is now a new veriety with new genetics and that is what we are going for here.

This is going to be an interesting cross..it is a cross of F1's. This is the ultimate scrambling of genes. Every seed is going to be very genetically different than every other seed. The best seed could be world record potential...the rest could vary immensely. At worst possibility i figure each seed is 4-5 pound potential...with world record potential of 10+pounds. It could take a few years to find the top mutt.

Sounds like some great potential! Hybrid vigor, mix up the genes a little, good work! Hmm - don't want to miss out on the action - email sent.
