Hey could I get an opinion or two from some of you experienced growers? I posted a photo in my diary. I’ve got a good one going but I am not sure whether it’s going to be considered one or two tomatoes. Any thoughts?

I have another one on the next truss Which is clearly one fruit. Just not sure which one to keep!

Thanks in advance!

One fruit as skin appears to be contiguous.

If the flesh is running together as one - then it counts as one.

If the flesh isn’t jointed, and the tomatoes move and are separate, then two.

If they seperate they will never fuse back together.

You have one of those tomatoes that is hard to tell. It looks like it's one fruit ! But i have have a few times were they grew so tight together that you couldn't tell they were two tomatoes until it was almost 2 lbs and then i could wiggle them and see they were two. But most of the time it is one fruit ! Good luck it looks like a nice tomato

It has shown itself to be a single fruit. Pretty excited to have my first real good one going!
