the suggested GPC template comes across as a protected copy, which I cannot print

is there a blank template available, or should I use an older version?

John when you open the spreadsheet, look between the toolbar and spreadsheet there should be a button that to click that says "enable editing" after clicking this it should allow to clear any info needed as well as print it.
