I think that the number of supports used in supporting a tomato is irrelevant. How can you expect to grow a huge tomato without proper support to keep the tomato from being ripped off the plant. How do we know how many supports Dan S. used unless the GPC visited his patch? There were no photos of Dan S.'s tomato on the plant.
