Certainly I usually get a degree of radial cracking on mine.

I read that it's somewhat a nutrition issue, but now I forget what the recommendation was.

That's not really catfacing right? Catfacing is the blossom scar on the bottom. The video that mentioned it was 'advancing eco agriculture' they are lengthy and somewhat scientific videos and I dont remember which video it was.

I think the cracks get worse with variable moisture on the tomato and maybe some sun scald. Dry and shaded should reduce it??? Good luck.
