This my first year growing tomatoes I started with 7 plants I’m down to 4 I think..we had a big thunderstorm last nite very high winds and it broke both stems off above the tomato which is about 18 inches above the ground.. I have no leaves left on plant now except a sucker below the tomato with about 8 little leaves .. is there a hope in hell that the tomato will keep growing it’s 18 inches in circumference which is big for me lol

Well, go with what you got..my guess is it will retard the growth but maybe you get some new growth to help it gain what it can..At least the frui it survived, yer still growing. Good luck!

Let it grow. The plant might have a half pound of energy stored in the roots. Growth will stall for a bit? Keep the tomato cool and shaded and then see what the plant wants to do.
