I was wondering if the tomato still gains any measurable growth while the slow blushing occurs at these temperatures? Just trying to gauge what I can expect from mine, although on a smaller scale.

No gains for me on growth in inches, I’m just hoping it’s going to gain a little in density in blushing.

Whoo hoo! 30,000th tomato forum post! I find the green ones that I weigh are about 1/2 lb lighter than fully red. When I cut a green one in half it is usually without liquid.

Judging by your diary Doug, I’m going to be weighing my tomato at Christmas time lol. I’ll be growing a summer tomato and an indoor winter tomato at the same time.

Honestly, I just want to harvest the guy and clear the greenhouse! My winter salad plants are in but there’s this huge tomato plant still shading everything. Hopefully not too much longer.
