On the witness to the weighing, it says that the less than 27 inches be witnessed by an impartial third witness, unless it is a state record. What do you do if it is going to be a state record. It says except for state record, but does not state what the exception is for a state record. I fully anticipate a new state record this year and want to know the details.

The morrow is what I have a problem with. There is a natural trait to show orange stripes. They look at color rather than shape. With regards to tomato, is there a deadline for early tomato entry? I know in October I might need to enter one during the week to prevent rot and over ripening. It was unclear if they would allow entry in October. It is also unclear how many need to witness a state record. I would go on the safe side of 2 witnesses as I don't know about the 25-28" rule.

Nobody is perfect, the 25-28 should be 27-30 rule. Which is on the next line. 25-28 was the old rule that slipped through. Only a couple minor changes biggest being circ requirements. We did alot of zooms last year and with the new wr we felt we could raise it a little.
