Are most GPC weigh off events equipped with scales small enough for weight tomatoes, or does one need to give them advance notice? How does a GPC weight off proceed for tomato entries?

The company we use at Woodstock and the SNGPG weigh off have both a scale for pumpkins and tomatoes. If not the person in charge of weigh off should have one.

We use 2 different scales here. Small digital scales for tomatoes.

Colorado

For the RMGVG the weigh offs are at nurseries and farms and they all have small digital certified scales we use for the smaller veg (tomatoes, carrots etc)
