The new king is tony Prochaska. His large cantaloupe weighed 76.1 pounds. He has one more that may be larger than the 76.1 when harvested.

Thanks everyone! I knew this lope was going to be special right from the beginning! It was grown only 18 inches from the stump and approximatly a 90 sq, ft, plant.

Here's the details about it. ss. 34.5 ee. 44 cir. 68.5 ott 147"" Grown on the 66.9 Bright I met Mr. Bright last year and he said it has the capability to get over 80 lbs. now i beleive that!! It was long and also fat and it was 50 days old many more to come in the future. Here comes the 80's
