I use cyonara contact insectice but it washes off so easily Im wondering if I need a systemic. Could I use Bayer Tree and Shrub on sunflowers?

I have never had to spray sunflowers...as they are flowers and attract bugs...if the get aphids a good spraying with soapy water works wonders

dang Japanese beetles, alternating sevin and malathion at least once a week.

what rate have you been using with malathion? i have been alternating bayer t&S with a bifenthrin product and may put malathion into the mix. (I spray the whole pumpkin patch, indian corn and sunflowers)
