Is there any measurement made on an ear of corn, for State records ? I have one that measures over 54". Would like to get it recorded. Had it at a weigh off and it was just over looked ?

You only measure the cob, not the piece that attaches it to the stalk. So you have to husk it completely, and then measure from the bottom kernal to the tip of the cob. There are no state records available.
