After a month or so of drying on the Cobb, pull the kernels off and store in paper bag

We cut the stalks and use them for decoration in the fall and then take a few ears, the stalks have been cut for at least a month or 6 weeks, and put in a Ziploc bag till the spring and then shell and plant. Has worked great for me in Arkansas
