What do you feed these big boys and what stages

I fed them fish and seaweed last year and some urea mate, they seemed to really like it.

When I prepare the planting site for both tall corn and tall sunflowers I add a lot of extra composted manure. After that, they get pretty much the same ferts as giant pumpkins, but I apply some extra nitrogen through out the growing season.

Deep taproots require a deep hole the deeper the better. Fill with a good quality compost and add extra long lasting ferts that promote stalk growth. GO to a higher phosphorous ratio when its ready to flower for bigger heads.

Actually the giants aren't a taproot at all, learned this the last storm, and transplanted a few to my fair display. They say they don't transplant well either, and mine did just fine fully grown, took the little 12" root ball about 5" deep and pulled them right out!

I did the same as pumpkin fertilizers, mist at night with seacrop 16 added a little nutri green 23" head
