Can a pumpkin plant support 1 pumpkin per vine when the vine length is 10 feet or longer

yes,the plants will typically have three or more strong growing vines.each one of those will usually support a fruit

Thanks cojoe, I have limited the plants to 4 strong vines the longest at 18 feet with a volleyball sized grower at 10 feet

there is 1 pumpkin on each vine - both seem to be growing rapidly
