Depends on what your doing with them.if you want a bigun just 1,if you want several nice size just leav a few of the best.if you want them for sale/ decorative.ppl like variety even the small one.& if you have several plants you can do differently& have a variety

Minimum of 100SQF. They prefer about 300SQF...with the SQF you have currently which is cutting it tight for an AG..there will be no room for a Field Pumpkin.

IMHHO 200 sg feet would be great for like 1 kin,300 feet 2 kins.I haven't grown a big one yet I'm to busy with other veggies to cull them.I learned this in the past 2 years.With several on plant my soil puts out 65lbers.Looking for good seeds I have 2- 209s up for grabs & many more at Worldwidegiantgrowers.com I have some 140.5 Barkers UOW 2012 The largest grown Field Pumpkin grown in Washington State.free to anyone.Mark@worldwidegiantgrowers.com
