Looking for someone in a better field pumpkin growing region then Illinois to plant( not request and put in a drawer) some 2021 crosses I made. They were not big ( 40-80 lbs but have potential. One of these crosses ( not sure which one since it were grown in a connercial patch) grew a 106 this past year. No treatment except same insect and disease control as rest of commercials. I have seeds from each of the following pollinated by the 145 McInnis. 142 McInnis, 181 MacKinnon, 81 Wolf, and 186 Nesbit. The 145 pollinator produced a 100 plus pounder that had a soft spot on the bottom I didn’t find until seeds had all sprouted inside. If you are interested in seeds and will plant them email jhouse55@hotmail.com

Dp There is a pumpkin fanatics site for field pumpkins just like the AG’s. I type in field pumpkin statistics in the bar and it is usually the first site on the list.

Whilst on the PF site you can also go up to 'Links' and they'll each be there for all the other types of giant whatevers. I have dragged each of 3 (P, Sq and FP) browser window addresses to my desktop and that saves a lot of time - (left click once, then left button drag to bottom right corner on my DT - pages go away, I then drop anywhere); You know, for those EmErgENcY seed searches during an auction, lol---eg
