Mid Sept we have The Tomato Weighoff, held this year on Thurs Sept 16th from 3-6 pm.
$250/100/50/25/10 for TOMATOES... this is not a virtual weighoff... at the Cimarron County Free Fair held in Beautiful Boise City.
Junior (under 15) $50+50savings bond/$50/25/10/5

Main rules: does not have to be ripe, must be in edible condition, no fresh wet flesh. If you do not claim your entry after 6 pm, it becomes property of the judges. Trophies, ribbons, and prizes will be mailed if necessary. This may be a basic level with the GPC.

Mid Oct we have the Five States Cimarron Weighoff of Giant Pumpkins and Squash. This is at Premium level with GPC so counts towards GOTY and MG. Plaques and Ribbons, at the Old Westside Laundry in Boise City OK, Saturday 16 October. About 8 am and scaletime hopefully starting at 11 am.

UPDATE:

The Tomato Weighoff is a basic level GPC sanctioned weighoff; main theme (single veggie) TOMATOES!

Five State Cimarron Weighoff, the P&T Grower Club bought their own platform scale and it arrived Tuesday. NTEP standard and trade certifiable, PRETTY BRIGHT BLUE, 2000# by .5#, and has forklift channels to be able to move it easier.

Our BP banner arrived Monday, so we are looking pretty good for this year!

Wayne, the not claimed by 6 pm makes life simpler. Yes I had plenty of burger topping and omlette fixings after last one.....
