Hi Alan, I met you briefly in the parking lot and got a couple seeds from the Lobay pumpkin. Do you have any idea on the mother/father combo of that one? I know it's not your pumpkin but you seem to be pretty well connected.

Hi Reckhard, nope, I don't know at this time what the genetics were, but it was a great looking pumpkin.

Thanks guys, it is always great fun there. Congrats to all who enter,it's tough growing here sometimes. Andy they added a field pumpkin class, I won with 145 off of my 137.4! Now if they had decided earlier there may have been more entries, I was only bringing mine to get an official weight. Next year.
