Finland has made a real jump. Last year champion has grown a 1578.5 in a green room out of 1647 Wallace. More results and photolinks when I get back to home later in the afternoon. Amazing to see this size pumpkin live at these latitudes.

The winner was actually grown in a system of two tunnel type greanhouses connected together by a team of two neighbourgs at an area around 400 square feet.

Seems that we are now ahead of our beloved neigbourgs in Sweden :-) which makes this even sweeter.

Seems that the weigh off manager is converting kilos rounding to the nearest pound down. Anyways we have also a new Estonian record. A huge 2 pound jump. I should participate in the accuracy growing. 2010 605.9 last year 606, this year 608. It is going to take a long time for me reaching 1000 lbs. Lol.

Results are now in CPC site for pumpkins and squash. Keep on watchin the considated results and our champion is #9 at this point of the season. wohoo.
