Just a reminder that preregistration is required for the OVGPG weigh off this coming Saturday, October 9th. The entry form was mailed with the last newsletter both by mail and by email. With luck this form will also be posted on the OVGPG website later Sunday afternoon. If you register through BP.com, please send me an email with your previous personal best and T-shirt size. These are both required for pound class shirts at the seminar.
