I am growing my own seed from last year. It was off a gourd with a 200" OTT and I had another with a 193". I never got them weighed so I didn't know their weight's. The seed genetics would be the (185 English x open) I think growers that are growing the 185 this year will be surprised by it. I think it will prove to be a good choice.

This is shaping up to being an interesting year. At this point I have no idea what selections will make the cut. Usually, the 177 Westfall plants have been the most vigorous. I have 7 plants. I will only be keeping 2 plants. The 270 Kent, 265 Engel, 279.5
English, and the 171.5 Ellis all are outperforming the 177
Westfall plants. The nice problem is the 177 Westfall's look good. Best of luck to all growers this year.
