I am getting tons of females and males but nothing seems to be setting. I'm trying to let mother nature do the deed but it's not working, any help would be great!

I have seen the same thing here too. I have a theory that whatever pollinates them must not be active until late July early August. I rarely have any sets that come early.

My patch may be an exception but, I've never seen any type of bee interested in LG or BG pollen. Moths, yes but I don't depend on them.

You will need to hand pollenate. Moths are the pollenator and you may not have them in your area. In my patch it seems the tomato horn worm moth does the pollenation of them and long gourds. I only get pollenation when there are horn worms in the tomatoes

Hand pollinate right before dark. Very easy , no aborts due to hot sun !

Years past the best pollinators I had where Hawk Moths. I struggle now to get any pollinated on time as there are no Hawk Moths. My long handle dipper gourds are pollinating like crazy but still waiting on the Bushel gourds.
