They turn a darker green as the y ripen.

pumpconn You have experience with the light green ones? This is the first time I have seen light green ones. All the others start dark green and stay dark green.

My 331 was light green when young. I posted a picture of my 331 last year when small, this year Mine are light green as well.

the 265.4 was dark green

No I don’t know of any and mine got really dark green as it matured, then Cantalouped pretty heavy the last couple weeks of growth....There must be some different lines though because I see some that have a little bell shaped coming from the stem and mine was flat.

I have a light green one on my 384. It is starting to darken up a bit.

I'll post some pictures in my diary. But its not as dark as my other ones.

The one Brown 331 started off light green and now darkening up at about 40 pounds. The other continues to be very pale light green, now up to about 60 pounds, and getting lighter on top as it gets older and bigger.
