I was wondering out of all of the seeds I am about to mention which one should produce the most likely candidate of a Howard Dill Award. I have been denied the HDA twice by only 1 vote, so I would eventually like to win one. The seeds that I currently have are 1374 Engel, 1410 Scherber, 1200 Engel, 1048 Engel, 1215 Young, 1689 Jutras, 1385.5 Jutras, all of Grubbs HDAW's, and my 511 Ritter.

I will not give my Biased Opinion. I can tell you each of my seeds has one several HDA's. The 1374 Typically throws a Red/Sunburst Pumpkin.

I am thinking I am going to give the 571 Grubbs a shot. I like the shape and it was selfed so the genetics should be locked in.

Cant go wrong with the Engel Orange Dynasty. I'll plug my own 1002 Ailts (search my diary- Joze - for pics), which is two generations of selfing the 1374. Fun collecting HD awards from Shannon. :)
