Regardless of restrictions, you're liable what you start so be careful.

Or maybe I myself should be careful, since I might be the only person doing this pyro renovation silliness.

More notes: I tried to plant rye in here last fall but none came up. Rye would probably be a much better option for pre-conditioning the soil. Instead of rye I'll be trying potatoes under a layer of wood chips to boost good fungal activity. Nitrogen tested very high so I'm not worried about causing a deficiency. Whatever goes here will have adequate nitrogen and if it doesn't its easy to add more.
