I hope Dale sees this but I'd like a go at it. I'll throw my hat in for a magnesium deficiency. Granted it could be low in other nutrients. Many nights in the low 20's here I fear my own little citrus is surely dead by now. I have not yet developed a talent for citrus but if I could find a one for $5 then I'd certainly keep trying. That was a good deal.

The iron and micros might improve the root health which would in turn increase the uptake of magnesium... granted my knowledge has limits. I dont even know why my tomatoes were getting severe chlorosis. You'd think if I was such an expert I could at least figure that out. Happy to share my non-wisdom, lol.

Hi john the one on the left side looks fine the other looks like it's hungry but it also looks like it has two spotted mite look under the leaf and check is it cutting grown as meyer lemon and eureaka are often grown that. way as a cheap alternative but they tend to suffer from phytophora take the fruit off cut it back hard feed it and see how it goes

sorry john only had the bottom half of the picture looking at the whole plant cut all the lower branches off leaving the 4 on top as it looks like it is growing out of it the blotchy look looks like. manganese iron looks like sulphur yellow small new growth leaving fruit on small fruit trees is a no no tree won't grow puts it all in to fruit

Interesting about the spider mite, I have it on a few other things too. I don't know enough about citrus to recognize spider mite damage on it.
