I don't know how your lab results compare to Western Labs, but I ran your numbers through my Soil Calculator at https://patchpabs.app and it recommended 0.20lbs BitterMag, 11.60lbs of Urea, 77.40lbs of Haifa Magnisal 11-0-0, 17.70lbs of Sulfate of Potash 0-0-50, and 452.90lbs of Pelletized Gypsum. These amendments are all from Seed Word online, except the Pelletized Gypsum is from Ruarl King. It also said 6.7lbs of Seed World Acidifier Pellets (90% Sulfur) to drop your pH over time to 6.5. I programmed my soil calculator to be aggressive, so it's going to push for the high end of everything, and again I don't know how your lab test compare to Western Labs. So take this with a grain of salt and def consult other folks or a soil scientist.

Nothing looks too bad. Calcium is low though, so try and get maybe 2-300 pounds per 1000 feet of gypsum. Dropping PH to 6.8 is optimal, but youre well within reasonable range. Then just spoonfeeding the pant micro doses of fertilizer through the season and you'll be more than fine.
