Was measuring pumpkins to night and had 2 rotting at stem end

Might want to try to clean the area out with an 50/50 or 30/70 solution of bleach and water then apply garden sulphur, I learnt this trick this year and it worked for me. not on the stem but on the fruit. doesnt hurt to try it as it will only get worse if not taken care of

Tkns Dave Already cut the fruit, had about 1/4 of vine into pumpkin.

Tks Dave will give that a try. Didnt realize 2 nd pumpkin stem was a rotten as one i cut
