I have a small slit that has occured on the blossom end of one of my ag. 1/16 wide & 1/2 long. Other splits seem to be pushing out rubbery beads, but no gap like the 1/2 long one. I have read len stellpflugs advice on fixing, my question is if i can get it to heal, .Is it eligible at weigh offs? With or without caulking? Do they ever heal by themselves or just wishful thinking on my part?
