Im trying to figure out what kind of pests I have on my pumpkin and other squash plants. I know I don't have squash vine borers and I know that what i have is either cucumber beetles or squash bugs.

Umpy, cucumber beetles are 1/4'' long and are yellow with black stripes or spots. Squash bugs (stink bug) are about 3/4'' long, brown, and has a strong smell when squashed. Everyone who has the book "How to grow world class pumpkins I&II" would recommend you to buy it. g-luck
