My patch is done but I am still having flowers open and vines still living...my problem...lots of cuke beetles on each flower. Should I spray or just pull the vines up. Also should I burn the vines after I pull them up in my patch or just remove from the patch???

I always cart plant remains away to local compost facility.
There's potentially some uglies lurking that I don't want to face next year!
