Harvest is over and done with, but two big problems I faced this year were vine borer and a sudden halt in growth. Vine borers set me back over a month. They really devistated the young plant. Any ideas on safe, natural remidies? I don't want to be killing everything that wanders into the patch, just the problematic ones. Just a note, dipple dust does nothing. Two weeks into september the pumpkin just stopped growing. Where as a day before it had been growing 15 pounds in a day, it then just completely halted with no signs of further growth.
