I left my newly germinated seedlings in a "closed"
(Un-vented), greenhouse for two days. They severely wilted and look awful. However, they are slowly rebounding and sprouting primary leaves.

I'm sure they'll grow but I'm not sure if they'll be vigorous growing plants. Should I toss them out and start anew or is there still a chance of them still becoming strong, healthy plants?

I would keep them. I had some that were nipped by frost last year that still did quite well. A lot of mine got "bugged" by cucumber beetles a day after planting this year, and I am sticking with them. I figure that if they can overcome hardship and keep growing, they must be a vigorous plant.
