went out to take pics for my diary and found a baby very small striped cuke beetle dont know if anyone else has seen them here in illinois but where theres one theres always more And i grubexed the field so this bugger was dead when i found him LOL but still letting everyone know. And belive me when i say i know what they look like

cuke beetle seen here today tracy for the first time...they are definately here in Illinois...tonight i begin my insecticide schedule. get 'em early and stay on top of them from here on out. thanks for the heads up,

seen cuke beetles here too tracy and Shazzy. Used Sevin yesterday. The smallest amount - just a drop as a foliar. Today, saw a dead one flat on it's back! Best wishes to you both. Thanks Tracy, I'm growing the 1253 (Shazzy, I've seen your diary!)
