Anyone using Ortho Max for the "dreaded" squash vine borer? It states it kills them on the bottle. What is the best application for this product (foliar? Ground?).

I used it last year and didnt see 1 borer. Sprayed it foliar and some on the surrounding ground. Didnt really have a problem with it, although it seemed to have a hard time controlling cuke beetles with it, so I'm going with something else this year.
