I think that stuff was banned for causing birth defects or something like that. I still see it on the shelf now and then anyway. You may want to read http://www.epa.gov/pesticides/announcement6800.htm and then decide for yourself.

Man I got it from told me it was deadly...It's being put on peanuts directly behind my house...I'm sure some wandered it's way to my 455 this morning,,wind was in that direction...Then 30 minutes later along they came with a sprayer...Not sure what they were spraying......Now all I can do is wait til morning,,if she looks good,,I'm OK,,if not,,,then I cuss someone out!!

I used it on my yard before and used a similar thing in my patch last year. I don't think it will hurt your plant but I wouldn't chew on one of those pumpkin seeds too long;)

Pappy,

I thought that was funny too. Typical AG grower....."Someones spraying poison around my house, hope my plants are okay. Oh, er, uh, and my family too". :)

With those size vines what's a little spray gonna do. took a month to grow 1 and a half foot here. three days of heat and it grew the same. cold again stopped. I'll be lucky if it gets out of the cold frame by August! Be careful with that stuff!!!
