A cow got into the patch and chewed some of the skin off a giant green squash. The area chewed is 1' x 1' x 1/2" deep. The squash is approximately 700 pds. What should I do to make it heal?

I would have liked to barbaque the beef, but is was the the landlord's cow. What are the chances of the flesh scabbing over?

Do nothing. It may dry up and partially heal. If you have the Agro K program spray it with Vigor Cal Phos, one tabelspoon per quart spray bottle.
