Use Sevin. At Home Depot or a Farm and garden Store.

Try hand picking also. I have used seven (mainly for cuc beatles) and also make a run thru the patch looking for those stinkers....and then squash em.

HEAVY GROWER

Southern Illinois

try using warrior or furidan,it will wipe out stink bugs,i have used it for the last 4 years, i raise 3 acre of pumpkins it really works good, also make sure you spray the base of the plant, but if you see one grab it and kill it that is the best way.

I find that Sevin seems to be somewhat inaffective when it comes to squash bugs, Sevin works great for cuke beetles but the squash bugs don't seem to mind it unless they are drenched with it, in the past i have Malathion for squash bugs, but in the past two years i have been using Ortho's Bug-B-Gone and i couldn't be happier with the results, hand picking also works to keep the numbers down, if you give your plants a spraying with the hose the Squash bugs will crawl out of hiding and head for the higher parts of the plants where they can be picked quite easy, just stick them in a cup of soapy water, the soap will keep them from floating to the top and crawling out!
