what is the best way to use Merit 75 wp?

Merit is a systemic that I apply as a soil drench just before or during planting. It lasts 75 or 90 days I think and then I apply again to a much larger area mid season. If you can time this during the SVB outbreak then the liquid that hits the plants directly may help in killing any eggs laid on the plant as well. The first application should be small since the plants are young and there's no point damaging your soil biology with a widespread drenching IMO.
