My pumpkin stump is half gone, it has turned white all around and looks kind of fosselized (leaves are wilting but vine still growing). what happened? Can it come back? I only used organic fertilizers this year but i was kind of late tilling under my fall rye I had a sever ant problem for a few weeks but gone now I used city compost looks completly broken down i was using Bordo and insect soap to spec on different day's weekly. pictures will be up tonight, please help if you can. Is it vine Fusarium?

Pictures? There are only a few things that might take out the crown but not usually this early in the year.
