5150, Borer, anyone else in the area,
Really huge cuke beetle convention in my patch tonite.
All attendees participated in the SEVIN toast...and not wanting to offend any attendees...everyone won a door prize...which just happened to be a Sevin 6-pack for the ride home !!!

Duff: yep that sevin really does them in! you can keep them all over there, not many around here this year, but if you see them winging their way west, then let me know?

Found a ton of them last evening in my patch also. The convention must be in multiple towns. Go figure, I planned on spraying when I got home from work and of course the o ring on the sprayer snapped!! Well thank God for Lowe's spend 40 bucks and bought a beautiful sprayer. I was like a little kid at Christmas. My girlfriend Carissa thinks I've totaly lost it seeing I get excited over sprayers. This is a lot of work but so much fun!!
