If you got white flies, go after them fast once they get established they are a real pain to get rid off, active compost tea claims to be a deterrent to white flies/ aphids....check it out.

Neem oil works great on white flies the only thing is doesnt last long but its a great way to get rid of them..it also works good on aphids.

Yes, Neem or Neem II (with pyrethrins) works great if applied diligently once a week.
