Just saw one of these @*^&$! bugs in my patch, wasn't fast enough to kill the dang thing, but I will be spraying a day early, and I'm hoping that my recent reapplication of merit will do the trick.

I havnt yet , but have thought about injecting Merit into a vine , I think Tremor helped out a grower do this and had some good results.

Wonder what size needle is best to be used for injecting a vine Jim? I wonder if like a diabetic needle would be to small for this?

All we did was mix Merit in a watering can & dumped it on the secondary vines that had active borers. They were dead in a couple days.
