I accidentally nicked one of my pimpkins. It is only pool cue ball size. So far i put a bit of powdered fungecide on the nick. Should i be doing anything else? It is only a dink and i pollinated another one 3 feet down but i hate possibly losing one because of my stupidity.

Yeah if you put a powdered fungizide like captan on it itll be fine. Their like little kids they heal quickly.

By the time fall comes that little scar will be huge.

Hey, If it stays around that long for it to have a huge scar, i will be happy. I am in the "beggars cant be choosers" category. Last year (my first) i got pumpkins set around August 9th. This year i am way ahead so far.
