And Sevin. Work or no? I need to restock and Sevin was all I had tonight, noticed the tiny little red guys running around on the punks when I uncovered for the eve. Is this what is shreading my leaves and if so how did they survive the onslaught of chemicals? Hum. Thanks for any advice. B

Sounds like either Clover or Velvet mites. Sevin will actually make the problem WORSE by killing their natural predators & leaving the mites perfectly healthy. If using a legitimate miticide isn't an option (expensive), then use Talstar or Scimitar (bifenthrin or Lambda-cyhalothrin) at the labeled rate for mites.

Regarding neem oil, does anyone know if the agrok oil will work? Thanks.
