I was wondering is it safe to sprinkle a little sevin dust right on the surface of the pumpkin. I get these little worms im not sure what they are but they like to try to have a munch right on my pumpkin. I was wondering if its safe to sprinkle a little sevin on top of the fruit to kill them or stop them from feasting. Thanks jason

Jason: Don't know about Sevin but... I throw a sheet on my pumpkin and keep it there unless it's off for taping. Keeps everything off!

See the problem is most of my pumpkins I do just have sheets on. But this is on one of my big ones and the wrinkles are leaking so the sheets stick to it and that cant be good I imagine.
