Hi We're having HOT days here and I tried to mulch w/Black Forest Mulch so the roots would stay cool. For one plant this meant moving vine a bit. Since then the leaves are yellow, esp. at the base where it started, and it's slow growing. Few girls but they abort. Is it the heat? Do you think moving it hurt it? The other plant that I didn't touch vine, is fine. I water every other morning and in the afternoon about every other day. This is my first year growing so not familiar w/signs and symptoms. Also, what do you all use to feed...I've heard tomato fert. is good. Thanks for any thoughts. =)
