i seem to have a clear gel coming out of the vines what is this from?

I had this last year. A plant pathologist from New Hampshire diagnosed mine as Fusarium. It is a very nasty root disease and can kill your entire plant over time. You should take some vine samples to a local testing center and see if they can tell what it is.
